材料:山药小半根、酒酿2茶匙
功效:嫩白肌肤、防止肌肤老化、让皮肤细致、收缩毛孔.
适合的肤质:各种肌肤
制作方法:将山药去皮后榨汁,混合少许酒酿搅拌均匀.

维生素C白皙面膜
维生素C是美容保养圣品,它不仅能美白淡斑,还能抗老化,促进肌肤胶原蛋白的生成、促进伤口愈合、紧实肌肤,因此被美容界广泛运用.现在很红的美白除皱成分是左旋维生素C,许多皮肤科医生也推荐左旋维生素C离子导入的美容护理,但维生素C属于水溶性,容易氧化,不易保存,在保养品的制作上需要大费周折,这也是维生素C保养品价格昂贵的原因.
这款面膜的材料用的就是一般药房及药妆店可以买到的维生素C片,不但价格便宜,而且现做现敷,不必担心维生素C的氧化问题,或是品质不稳定等问题.
材料:维生素C1粒(500mg以上)、水少许(约1茶匙)
功效:美白紧致肌肤
适合的肤质:各种肌肤
制作方法:先将维生素C磨碎,再加入少量水将维生素C粉末溶解即可,注意不可搁置过久,要现做现用.
使用方法:将维生素C的水溶液擦在脸上待15分钟,再用冷水将脸洗干净即可.
小提示1:敷这款面膜会有些许刺痛,这是因为维生素C酸性较强,若刺痛持续1分钟以上,请用清水冲洗干净,以免过敏.
小提示2: 维生素C要选未添加黄色素的白色药片,因为有些黄色素会将皮肤染黄.
豆腐酵母嫩白面膜
逢年过节时,如果冰箱里塞了太多东西,便很容易忽略了食物的保质期,这时刚好可以看看有什么可以拿来制作面膜的材料.便宜好吃的豆腐与豆浆一样含有丰富的大豆异黄酮,具有抗氧化作用,能让暗沉的肌肤恢复明亮.豆腐中还含有天然的植物乳化剂mm卵磷脂,能强化肌肤的保湿功效;加上酵母粉调和成面膜,则能强化肌肤的防御功能,让肌肤显得更加干净白皙.除了酵母粉与豆腐之外,如果你的肌肤偏干,不妨在这款面膜中再加入1/2茶匙橄榄油,因为豆腐中的卵磷脂会将橄榄油乳化,调和后更能滋润干燥的皮肤.这款面膜建议每周敷1~2次.

幸运小猫皮蛋人工喂养日记(转载)<><><>LUCKY是一只非常幸运也非常可怜的小奶猫,他的哥哥出生时就已经离他而去了,而他是妈妈的第二个也是最后一胎宝宝,因为在小LUCKY吃了一天母乳后他的妈妈被发现患了子宫肿瘤,,必须马上手术切除整个子宫.可怜的小LUCKY就这样跟妈妈分开了,他孤独无援的躺在还有妈妈留下气味的产箱里,悲伤的叫唤着:"妈妈~我饿~妈妈~我冷~妈妈~~~"<> 医院,冰冷的手术台上,绝望的美美(lucky的妈妈)一动不动的躺着,眼眶里盛满了对儿子的思念,然而她并不知道自己马上就要失去不仅是子宫,还有哺育孩子的权利,因为做了手术她就不能喂奶了,而2~3天不喂奶就回去不会再出了~~多么残酷又残忍的事实啊~~~然而作为她的主人,我不得不做出这个如此艰难的决定,"大的小的我都要保住",我在心里狠狠的对自己说.<> 为了小LUCKY,美美我只好交给医生了,相信她能够很坚强的渡过难关,然而我可怜的小LUCKY,他只吃了一天妈妈的奶,还好他吃了一天妈妈的奶,因为小猫出生最最重要的事情就是能够吃到妈妈的初乳,初乳能够给予小猫足够的抗体来抵抗病菌的侵袭,可是大多数人认为只吃一天是远远不够的,查了好多资料,其中一个说法给了我不少信心,是说像小猫这样的哺乳动物,他的肠胃只能在24小时内吸收初乳里边的抗体.虽然不知道科学性有多少,但是却让我感到很欣慰.我买了猫奶粉和猫专用奶瓶,决定人工喂养小LUCKY.
LUCKY是6月14日下午1点50分出生的,我亲手剪的脐带,第一次给猫接生心里甭提有多紧张多兴奋.LUCKY是脚先出来的,吓的我直冒冷汗生怕活不了,还好他妈妈一使劲不到一分钟就把他生出来了,接着又发生很恐怖的事情,他的胎膜还没出来,他妈妈居然站起来走了两步,小LUCKY就这样被吊在妈妈的屁股上来回晃动,还好她马上又躺下了,过了一会脐带变长了,我当机立断拿了消毒好的棉线在离他肚子3厘米处扎了个结,然后用消毒好的剪刀咔嚓一下在结头外 2厘米处剪断脐带,小猫落地啦,我和LG都松了口气,马上用温布给他擦身,不一会一个毛绒绒的小家伙就开始爬着找奶喝啦.<>今天是第4天,小LUCKY每天吃饱了睡睡饱了吃,看起来很健康很强壮,每2个小时喂一次,每次2~3 毫升,温度控制在38度左右,吃之前要摸摸他的小PP,刺激排尿,小家伙的尿真不少呢,纸巾都擦来不及,第一天的时候还排了胎便,橘黄色的好大一坨,那是他在妈妈肚子里边吃啊喝啊堆积在小肚肚里边的杂质.尿基本呈透明色有时淡黄色,应该都是正常的吧.昨天给他换了一个新的保育箱,用塑料半透明的储藏箱做的,垫了海绵、白纸还有消毒过的毛巾,外边用一盏40瓦可调节的灯保温,箱内温度控制在32度左右,昨天晚上还去买了防蚊网罩在上边,然后盖一半盖子,我想这样的环境小LUCKY应该觉得比较舒适了吧~<>

16:40:刚喂了奶,发现小家伙越来越能吃啦,而且听力也开始渐渐敏锐了,一般是5~7天开始打开耳道,我发现他现在只要听到响动就会扭动身子,如果走到他边上一会儿,他就开始叫唤,说明嗅觉、听觉都在发育中~~很期盼他睁眼睛呢,好看看爱他的爸爸妈妈~<><>小家伙自己吃的津津有味呢,吃着吃着就睡着啦~~<>
呵呵才4天呢,出生的时候毛就很厚了,现在毛绒绒软软的,吃奶的时候会做踩奶的动作,力道挺大呢,顶啊顶啊我只好拿着奶瓶不停的往后退,听到"吧唧、吧唧"的声音就说明吃得正欢呢.睡觉的时候会不时的踢踢腿伸伸胳膊,massage beijing,像是做着美梦呢,其实这是小奶猫特有的运动方式,帮助自己在睡梦中也快快成长呢;)<><>第五日小记<><><>6月19日,第五天了,日子过的真快呀!不知道为什么,今天小LUCKY每次吃饱后都要闹上一小阵子,他的攀爬能力已经很强啦,可以用后腿支着身子爬在保育箱壁上,还抓到了上边盖的防蚊网,真是让我心惊肉跳,赶紧把下边铺垫的一块厚海绵给拿掉了,估计再过两天就要给他换大箱子了~~<>中午喂完奶的时候,小家伙一点睡意都没有,在小窝里爬啊扭啊,一边大声的哭喊,声音无比凄厉,可见想妈妈的心情有多么迫切,才和妈妈呆了一天,就再也没挨着妈妈睡过,记得那天在妈妈的怀里美美的吃上一顿初乳后,挨着妈妈的肚皮蹭啊蹭啊,累了就把小脑袋枕在妈妈的臂弯里呼呼大睡了~~~我永远记得那温馨无比的一幕,因为快乐美满维持的太短暂了,让人想起来就觉得心痛,为什么我家的宝宝要遭遇这样的磨难呢???也许天要降大任于他吧~

秀一秀小脚垫~<><>偶正在帮他擦小PP,老公乘机抓拍的,因为吃的太饱了一翻就四脚朝天,正好让我按摩肚皮刺激排尿,今天问了一个颇有经验的朋友,说是小猫自己的便便大概7~10天才排出,如果这个说法正确的话,那我现在就没啥可担心的啦~
(一个重要回复:qqsmart7:一般来说小猫自己吃饱了就会撒开的,偶的宝宝有时候是含着奶嘴就睡着了,我就轻轻的把奶嘴拔出来,记得一定要给他摸肚肚,你家的小宝宝咋滴也没妈呀?小可怜哟,不要强行喂,如果没有吃饱他会一直叫,然后在窝里钻啊钻,嘴里会发出啧啧声, 说明还在找妈妈的奶头呢,如果吃饱了他扭一扭就睡了不会吵闹的,但是你要模仿母猫舔小猫的动作摸小猫,给他做全身按摩,还要听到他打嗝才行!还要记得摸他的小PP刺激排尿,用柔软的纸巾擦!)
第六日<><>哇,今天已经是第六天啦,我的小宝宝已经越来越强壮了,食量也一天天在增大,从一开始每顿2毫升到现在已经增加到4毫升啦,有时候将近5毫升呢,真是太棒了!小家伙的喊叫声也越来越响亮了,尤其是准备喂奶的时候,那个急哟!每次都要把他从睡梦中弄醒,哪知道一醒过来就狂找奶嘴,我只好一边大声安慰:"乖哟乖哟马上就给你喝,但是你得先尿尿哦"然后一边给他摸小PP,尿可真不少,每次都要弄湿一整张纸巾(我把一张纸巾平分成5份给他把尿用),尿好了奶也热好啦, 于是他就叼着奶头吃到小肚子变气球,然后狂打几个饱嗝,头一歪就睡去了,呵呵,看着那小样,我心里那个美啊,做妈的自豪感一阵阵的袭来,感动的直想掉眼泪呢~~我想,以后自己有了孩子,大概也就是这样的情形吧~~

(qqsmart7:亲爱的我们要一起努力哦!!!<>你说的每次20ml是不对的,小猫猫一次不可能吃那么多呀,这个量指的是每100克体重一天的量!20多天的小仔猫应该有300克了吧?那么一天就要喂 60ml左右.每4小时喂一次,夜间可以不用喂,但是不能超过6小时,所以你的猫猫一次吃4ml的话的确偏少了点,至少要吃10ml,压力变送器,吃足6次就有 60ml啦.对啦,我倒要请问你一下,你的小猫猫一天大概便几次呀?是一定要刺激才便出来还是他自己也会拉?因为我的宝宝今天第7天了,还是不见便便,真有点着急了~)

今天是第8天了,小家伙还是没有便便,不过今天早上发现他的脐带自己脱落了,这样就不用每天拖个脐带爬来爬去的,摸他的小肚肚也更好摸啦.不知道是不是因为喝猫奶粉的小猫不会那么快有便便,有人知道猫妈妈喂奶的小猫第几天开始BB吗?今天明显感觉小LUCKY的食量有增进了一些,大概可以吃7ml 的样子啦.应该快有BB了吧,如果明天还没有,555555,可能就要用开塞露啦~
第九天<>今天,LUCKY的妈妈出院啦,伤口已经拆线,病号服要过2天才脱,医生说伤口愈合的很好,只要过两天缝线的痕迹也愈合就OK啦!真是可喜可贺,为坚强的妈妈鼓掌~中午我为她准备了鱼肉大餐,就是清蒸鲢鱼挑了刺拌皇粮咯,闻起来又鲜又香啊~~<>小LUCKY今天还没BB,不过食量却仍在增长,如果肚子里有BB憋着的话一定不会食欲这么好滴,可能他吸收特别好,没留下一点残渣吧~~哎可怜的我只能这么想啦~~~
(nancy:其实我不会马上把小家伙跟他妈妈放一起,因为他妈妈从医院回来身上带着很多细菌,还要观察一段时间,等洗了澡消了毒没什么问题了才能让母子相见(难熬哟),这两天小LUCKY一叫他妈妈就跟着叫,一个喊肚子饿,一个想儿子,我能做的就是马上把奶嘴塞到他的小嘴里,那么一个劲的叫下去听了真让人受不了哟<>昨天是第10天,晚上11点的时候小家伙的PP上挂了一小团的BB哦,真的非常非常少,我不甘心一直用温水给他摸啊摸啊,后来就是没有了,不过我心里总算是松了一口气,估计现在开始就会每天BB啦~)

13天喽~<><>这几天猫猫吃的饱睡的香没啥新状况,眼睛还没睁急人呢~~~小家伙老爱攀岩来着,那个小窝已经关不住他啦,今天给换了大窝窝,在里边咋么滚咋么爬都没问题,只是放进去后发现他变的好小了,视觉效应~~对了!中午BB了,不过还是一点点少的可怜~~准备在奶里边给他加点辅食了,婴儿米粉\麦粉什么的.

6月29日<>昨天睁眼睛啦~<><>真是个天大的好消息吧,小奶猫睁了一只眼,不过还只睁了一半哦,猫猫睁眼都这样一只一只来的.现在最最困扰我的问题就是小猫的BB问题,今天到今天已经 15天了,他只便过4次,但是又看不出来有便秘的迹象,因为食欲、精神都很正常,吃前吃后都会有很多尿尿,就是没BB,急啊~~~
17天,艰辛的历程~<>这2天真是忙的连上网的机会都没有,对不住关心咱小LUCKY的同志们啦!<>就这两天,也发生了好大的变化,那就是小皮蛋(中文新名字)的眼睛全睁开了,而且还能走路了呢~<>说到睁眼睛吧,我又做了件这辈子从没做过的事儿.话说前2天的皮蛋睁了一只眼睛的一半,到了昨天另一只也睁了一半,我帮着擦了好多回就是不全睁,要知道有母猫的小猫10天就全睁眼了,我这孩子本来就睁的晚,现在还只是半睁着真叫人揪心的心急啊~眼睛发育完全了就该见光了,不然会有更可怕的状况发生!在咨询了一个颇有经验的猫友后,我做了一个大胆的决定,那就是帮着皮蛋把眼睛全睁开,说白了也就是帮他掰开紧合的眼皮!<>准备好了温水和大量小块纸巾后,伟大的"开眼工程"展开了,小家伙扭的狂厉害,怎么也不肯合作,我想应该先灌饱了才对,于是奶瓶伺候了20分钟,终于我的乖乖蛋躺着不动了还快活的打着响嗝呢,这可是最佳时机呢,我轻轻的一拨他就四脚朝天啦,然后左手托着他的头,右手拿着湿纸巾擦,接着用俩大拇指把他上眼皮往上,下眼皮往下轻轻的撑,做这事的时候我的心是提到嗓子眼的,脊柱绷的贼紧,汗都快要从头发里蹦出来了,就这么弄了5~6个回合,突然,我感觉到拇指间 "啪"的一下,那半边没睁的眼睛就这么打开了,好大的眼睛哟!!贼亮贼亮的(是泪水)转着,我的欣喜,抑制不住的狂喜,从眼睛里炸将出来,从没有体会过的奇妙感觉这一刻放大到100倍围绕着我这个幸福的妈妈~~吼吼,还有一只眼睛呢,收拾好情绪我又赶紧投入到战斗中,小家伙又开始扭的厉害了,我只好再次故计重施,他还是乖乖就范,这次颇为顺利,一会儿就开了,这下子,我的乖皮蛋真真正正开始了他的光明猫生啦~~~<><>
对了,还有一件大喜事忘了交代,那就是一昨天中午,皮蛋拉出了他有生一来最多的BB,我大概估计了一下可能用掉了15张纸巾,真是比大人BB还要厉害哦<>正所谓千呼万唤始出来啊,从没有期待一件事情像期待皮蛋BB这么迫切过~~这两天脑袋里全想着怎么让他BB了,所以大家可以想见偶给他擦PP时候的中大奖般的喜悦心情了吧~~~

20日小结<><>不知不觉,这样没日没夜喂奶把尿的日子就过了20天啦!看着皮蛋一天一天长大,从睁眼到站立到走路,这每一步都带给我巨大的欣喜和快乐.回首这20天的历程,我发现了一些做的还不到位的地方.<><>从一开始知道要模仿猫妈舔小猫的动作抚摩小猫全身的时候,我就忽略了一个很重要的细节,那就是他的眼睛和耳朵部位也要纳入抚摩范围,而我大部分时间是在按摩他的身子、肚肚和PP,所以我现在觉得小猫到了第15天才睁眼睛可能跟这个有关系,因为猫妈在舔小猫的时候是全身都舔的,所以眼睛鼻子嘴巴耳朵都在快速发育中,而我一开始都没有做,只是每次喂好奶简单的擦洗一遍,现在想起来觉得自己太苯了点,呜呜~~~<><>一直到昨天,我才发现了一个可以更方便也更有效的按摩方式,我是在刷牙的时候想到的,那就是用牙刷给小猫按摩!现在的牙刷毛质都比较柔软,我找了一只高露洁的牙刷,在手上轻轻的刷,感觉非常的舒服,我想小猫也一定会很享受的,于是用开水烫了好几遍,把毛擦干了才用.事实证明这玩意真的太好用了.首先是好操作,拿着长长的柄可以按摩到小猫全身每个部位;再来我发现刷的时候小猫很安静,要么趴着要么仰着,让我刷肚皮也非常自如;还有就是刷好的时候发现刷下了一些毛毛,这是猫猫新陈代谢的表现,把脱落的毛刷下来对身体是很好的,这是用手按摩所做不到的哦!<>昨天开始我已经给小猫舔加辅食了,亨氏的婴儿米粉.根据辅食从少到多从稀到稠的原则,把米糊调的很稀,以40ml奶兑5ml米糊开始,以后每天多加一点这样,我想吃了米糊的皮蛋应该有更多BB了吧,吼吼~~<><>现在每次喂饱还要做一件事情那就是让小猫不要一下就睡着,一定要做15分钟的运动,然后再尿一次才让他睡!要知道有兄妹的猫咪吃饱后都会玩闹一阵子才睡的,这也是促进身体发育的重要课程.我把干净的白纸(A3)铺满半张床,然后把猫猫抱出来,到了开阔的地方小猫先是坐着不动,左看右看了一会,突然爬起来就走,冲啊冲啊快要走出边界了赶紧再挪到中间去,边陪他玩我还边学小猫叫,就是很轻柔的喵声,让他感觉有个朋友在身边,应该会增加一些安全感吧:)<><>人工喂养小猫是我从前不敢想的事情,但是让我遇到了我就要付起所有的责任.在喂养小皮蛋的过程中,我觉得有爱、有责任、有耐心、有毅力是最重要的,但是摸索喂养的技巧、了解猫咪的习性,给他最接近自然的生长方式也是必不可少的,路漫漫兮其修远,偶将上下而求索~~

二、原理结构
涡轮流量计由涡轮、轴承、前置放大器、显示仪表组成.
